Weekend Box Office Predictions for June 28-30, 2019

Based on my predictions, overall business will likely fall short of this same weekend last year, which was still led by Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom ($61 million) and Incredibles 2 ($46.4 million).

I'm keeping my predictions post short this weekend as this week has been very busy for me. But I'm expecting a strong second place debut for Annabelle Comes Home (but will likely be softened by a Wednesday start), while the Beatles dramedy Yesterday will probably end up in third or fourth place with a debut in the high single-digits.

Here's the predicted Top 10:

#1: Toy Story 4 ($64 million, -47%)
#2: Annabelle Comes Home ($28 million, $40 million 5-day start)
#3: Yesterday ($9 million)

#4: Aladdin ($8.5 million, -36%)
#5: The Secret Life of Pets 2 ($7 million, -32%)
#6: Men in Black: International ($6.5 million, -39%)
#7: Child's Play ($6 million, -57%)
#8: Rocketman ($3.5 million, -38%)
#9: John Wick: Chapter 3: Parabellum ($2.7 million, -34%)
#10: Avengers: Endgame (re-release and expanding, $2.5 million)
