Thanksgiving Box Office Update #4: All Movies Hold or Slide Slightly on Saturday, "Twilight" and "Skyfall" Continue To Rule....

The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part II continued to lead.  After respective estimates of $12.8 million, $8.1 million, and $17.4 million from Wednesday-Friday, the movie's gross slipped just 7% on Saturday to an estimated $16.3 million, for a four-day tally of $54.6 million.  Twilight should drop hard on Sunday, taking in another $8-$9 million, with the five-day estimate lowered a bit to $63 million ($41.5 million of it coming from the three-day weekend).

Skyfall remained in second.  Follwing estimates of $7.4 million, $7.7 million and $14.7 million over the last three days, its' gross slipped 9% to an estimated $13.4 million, for a four-day total of $43.2 million.  Over the weekend, Skyfall became the first James Bond movie to pass $200 million stateside, and will likely pull in another $7 million on Sunday, with the five-day estimate lowered back to $50 million. ($35 million of it coming from the three-day weekend).

After $4.2 million, $4.9 million and $10 million on Wednesday-Friday, Lincoln saw its' gross slip just 3% to an estimated $9.7 million on Saturday, for a four-day tally of $28.8 million.  Expect another $5 million on Sunday, as the five-day estimate has been raised slightly to $34 million ($25 million of it coming from the three-day period).

Rise of the Guardians has been the only sour note of this extended frame.  After going up and down with estimates of $4.9 million, $3.7 million and $9.3 million from Wed-Fri, the movie slipped a scant 1% to an estimated $9.2 million on Saturday.  The four-day total currently stands at $27.1 million, with another $5 million expected on Sunday.  The five-day estimate is at $32.5 million ($24 million of it coming from the three-day weekend).

Life of Pi saw its' gross ease 7% on Saturday to an estimated $8.2 million after grosses of $3.7 million, $4.5 million and $8.8 million from Wed-Fri.  The four-day gross is at $25.2 million, with another $5 million expected on Sunday.  The five-day estimate is staying at $30 million ($22 million of it from the three-day).

Wreck-It Ralph's gross dipped only 4% to an estimated $6.5 million on Saturday, after $3.6 million, $2.6 million and $6.8 million on the Wednesday-Friday period and bringing its' four-day total to $19.5 million.  The animated hit should bring in another $3.5 million on Sunday, with its' five-day estimate remaining at $23 million ($17 million coming from the three-day).

Red Dawn saw the worst drop, down 10% to an estimated $5.4 million on Saturday after $4.2 million, $3.2 million and $6 million on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  The war drama has earned $18.6 million in four days, with another $3 million coming on Sunday.  The five-day estimate has been raised slightly to $22 million ($14.5 million of it from the three-day weekend).

Flight saw a 3% dip (its' five-day holiday should be right around $11 million), while The Silver Linings Playbook ($5.5 million 5-day) and Argo held even ($5 million 5-day).
